ABOUT ME
gabriel carrera
Gabriel is the head coach and founder of the 10X Soccer Performance program. His innovative training ideas came from coaching players of all ages, from children 3 to 12 years old, teenages and athletes that had played at the professional level.
Gabriel has the vision to promote important values through the beautiful game. He implements a philosophy that embraces discipline and hard work to improve oneself in order to achieve success.
TRAINING PLAN
We start by doing an evaluation that involves us taking a close look at the technical, mental, physical and tactical aspects of the player. We will use the information gathered during the assessment to design an individualized training program.
As a result, a training plan will be provided on the second training. The player will be closely coached through the entirety of the program by our team of coaches.
